General Medical Conditions - A TKG provider often provides assistance to the individual or family to help them develop a system of care with a team of professionals that will address all of their needs. The TKG provider often provides adjunct treatment as a case manager or primary therapist who works within a multidisciplinary team, including appropriate medical support, to address all the health care needs of the patient.
